Carol Lentini is a chef, caterer and health coach who has embraced the new food rules while staying true to her passion for delicious, wholesome, flavorful food. A long time staple of the Fairfield County food scene, Carol has always had a flair for innovative menus, eclectic flavors and tasty home-cooked meals. It's been said that Carol's food will make your mouth dance!
